Tahota provided legal services for the MAG’s acquisition of Lufthansa CF6-80C2 engine parts kit by $17.8 million
Recently, MAG Aviation Group (“MAG”) and Lufthansa Technik Group have entered into a transaction on the acquisition of CF6-80C2 engine parts kit valued at $17.8 million. Lufthansa is one of the world’s leading aircraft technology service providers. Its product portfolio covers a full range of services for commercial aircraft and VIP/special mission aircraft, engines, accessories and undercarriages.

On August 27, 2020, the international famous legal media International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000) released the List of IFLR1000 China.
